I will eat healthy daily and exercise alot daily, I will log everything I eat and do and my experience day to day everyday on this thread.
My current stats:
Weight – 94 kg
Height – 170 cm
Bodyfat% – 31.7%
Bodyfat% – 9%
I will start tomorrow as it's night here. Tomorrow morning I will have milk + whey protein + a banana as breakfast. Then I will head to gym and exercise many many hours.
